What are the polyphenols resveratrol red wine?
I saw the other day, Oprah and Dr. Oz was talking of nothing "zones" that parts of the world where people are living longer because of their lifestyle. One thing we talked about how some wines contain a certain antioxidant called resveratrol, but did not specify ones. Everyone gets to know something about it? Thanks in advance for all responses.
