I’ve read online about resveratrol and im thinking about getting it, but does anyone know what KIND of resveratrol works best? I’ve heard of resveratrol ultra but I want to know what KIND actually works the best.

Also, is it okay to combine resveratrol with other resveratrol products or some other kind of anti-aging stuff for maximun effects?

i recently had a baby then had surgery for some other things and im wanting to loose weight my doctor forbids me to workout… i can barely walk now she recommended that i try some stuff called NuAge Resveratrol and Coln-X. she says they are natural and will give me energy and she says they work great for weight lose. has anyone tried these? do they really work? they are expensive so i dont want to buy them until i hear if they work or not.
